At some point, we choose everything in our lives. If we wish we can choose happiness, joy, anger, sadness or pain. When we feel suffocated by our choices, it’s good to clear our minds and think about what is really important to us.
Unfortunately, many of us don’t think about our values consciously until they become a source of pain.
It would be a better plan to be kinder to ourselves. It would be a better plan to work on becoming fully aware of our values so that they lead our choices. It would be a better plan to concentrate on our spirit which within lies light and great things.
